A6 Development Proposals Within the Public Safety Zones Around Heathrow or Likely to Affect the Operation of Heathrow or Northolt Airports

The local planning authority will not grant planning permission for development likely either to result in a significant increase in the number of people residing, working or congregating in the public safety zones around Heathrow or to interfere with the safe and efficient operation of Heathrow or Northolt airports.
