AR3 – Aggregates recycling at mineral sites

Temporary planning permission will be granted in accordance with the requirements of Surrey Waste Plan 2008 Policy WD3 for development involving the recycling, storage and transfer of construction, demolition and excavation waste where there is a need demonstrated and provided:

  • the proposed development is at one of the following preferred areas for primary aggregates as shown on the specific plans in the Surrey Minerals Plan Primary Aggregates DPD:
    • Addlestone Quarry Extension, (Wey Manor Farm), Addlestone
    • Hamm Court Farm, Weybridge
    • Milton Park Farm, Egham

and

  • the development proposed meets the key development requirements set out in the Primary Aggregates DPD.
