BAS C2: Country Parks.

The Council will not normally permit development which may adversely and materially affect the conservation or landscape value of a Country Park.

There are five Country Parks in Basildon District:-

  • Westley Heights;
  • One Tree Hill (Part of);
  • Way Tyler (formerly Pitsea Hall);
  • Queens Park; and
  • Greens Farm;
