BAS E2: Proposed Employment Sites.

3.5 hectares (8.6 acres) of land is allocated for employment purposes in Terminus Drive, Pitsea, subject to the following criteria:-

  • The proposal must be subject to a Traffic Impact Assessment. Any improvement to the local highway network required to enable the development to take place, will be expected to be
    provided by the developer; and
  • The site shall provide for B1 and B2 uses.
