Policy E15 - Office Development
Small-scale office developments, including changes of use and extensions, will be acceptable in other locations when all of the following criteria are met:
- the development satisfies the conditions listed in Policy E14;
- there is some planning advantage associated with the development such as an improvement to the layout and appearance of an area, or the conservation of buildings or areas of architectural or historic interest;
- the proposal will not result in the loss of residential land or buildings; and
- the proposal does not conflict with other policies of this Plan.
