LP 62: Parking.
Development will be approved which:
- provides vehicle and cycle parking (including parking for people with disabilities) and electric vehicle charging facilities;
- improves the quality and/or increases the amount of parking in defined centres where identified as being appropriate and needed; and,
- improves the provision, quality, convenience and security of public parking facilities for cycles.
