VF1: Vale Farm

Vale Farm is defied in Policy LGS3 as an area of Local Green Space. The Plan supports development that results in the strengthening of Vale Farm as a regional centre for sports excellence. Improvements to Vale Farm should not result in the loss of green or open space. Change of use and development other than for uses which support recreation, sporting and amenity use will not be permitted at Vale Farm.
