BE13: Parking Standards

Development proposals must take account of the Essex Parking Standards – Design and Good Practice (2009), or as subsequently amended. The decision-maker will have regard to these standards when determining planning applications.

Proposals which make provision below these standards should be supported by evidence detailing the local circumstances that justify deviation from the standard.
