Policy 18 Mottingham Renewal Area

Proposals within the Mottingham Renewal Area will be expected to maximise opportunities to support

  • the vitality and viability of the Mottingham Local Centre and Kimmeridge Cross Neighbourhood Centre;
  • the enhancement of linkages with other areas of Bromley and adjoining boroughs, particularly in relation to centres of employment; and
  • the protection and enhancement of the public realm and residential environment, particularly within the Mottingham Estate.
