Policy 7 Accommodation for Family Members

An extension to provide space for additional family members will be expected to meet the following criteria:

  • the extension cannot be severed from the main dwelling-house, and
  • is in-keeping with the design and scale of the existing dwelling-house, and
  • access to the extension is provided and maintained through the original dwelling house.
