BR3: Brookfield Relocations

In order to achieve the development of Brookfield Riverside, existing land uses within the proposed development area will be relocated as follows:

  • the Halfhide Lane allotments will be relocated adjacent to Brookfield Garden Village north of Cheshunt Park as shown on the concept plan;
  • the Council depot and the household waste recycling centre will be relocated from the New River Trading estate to a location north of the Turnford interchange as shown on the Concept Plan.
