BX1: Broxbourne Village

The Council will work with the local community to produce an improvement plan Supplementary Planning Document for the village of Broxbourne. Development proposals should have regard to the SPD, once adopted.

Proposals that improve the environmental quality and attractiveness of Broxbourne village, including in terms of streetscape, open spaces, historic environment (including the Conservation Area) and accessibility on foot and by bicycle, will be supported.
