BX2: Broxbourne Station and Environs

The Council will produce an Area Action Plan to review options for the development and use of land at Broxbourne Station and environs in the context of Crossrail 2.

Development proposals within this area should consider the potential to enhance the setting of the listed station building and conserve the adjoining Conservation Area as well as providing net biodiversity gains in accordance with policy NEB1.
