The Council will work with the land owner to secure a sustainable future for the Cheshunt Country Club that is compatible with its Green Belt location.

To ensure consistency with Policy GB1 and national policy in relation to Green Belt, proposals for built development should not have a greater impact on the openness of the Green Belt than the existing structures on the site.
