GO1: Goffs Oak Village

The Council will work with the local community to produce an improvement plan Supplementary Planning Document for the village of Goffs Oak. Development proposals should have regard to the SPD, once adopted.

Proposals that improve the environmental quality and attractiveness of Goffs Oak village centre, including in terms of streetscape and open space, and accessibility on foot or by bicycle, will be supported.
