W2: Water Quality
Proposals should not result in a deterioration of surface or groundwater quality.
A drainage strategy or plan must be submitted with all applications showing how:
- rain water runoff will be managed on site both during and following heavy rainfall; and
- how foul and surface water will be managed and disposed of.
Drainage on the site must clearly delineate, and provide separation between, foul and surface flows.
