CS HO2 - Residential Provision in Mixed-Use Development
Proposals to redevelop sites that currently support industrial uses into mixed-use developments, particularly on sites of 1,000 sqm floorspace or more, should provide at least 50% of all additional floorspace for housing, as self-contained housing where residential development is demonstrated to be compatible with other uses on the site in line with Local Plan Policy H2.
Innovative housing design that supports home working will be encouraged.
