D1: The View of Parliament Hill

The uninterrupted view towards Parliament Hill from the area adjacent to Kentish Town Station as defined in the “Protected Corridor” and “Peripheral Corridor” identified on Maps 2 and 3, is required to be maintained, as far as possible, for future generations.

Development that takes place within the “Peripheral Corridor”, must be compatible with the view in terms of its setting, scale and massing.
