D2: Railway Lands

Any future proposals for development that involve rafting over the railway land from Gospel Oak to Kentish Town Station and from Kentish Town Station to Camden Road will be given consideration in terms of the following criteria:

  1. Their environmental and transport impacts
  2. Their impact on the implementation of the policies and proposals in the KTNP
  3. Their contribution to provision of additional housing in accordance with CS6, DP2, DP3, DP5
  4. Their contribution to the development of green links within the neighbourhood
  5. Their economic benefit
  6. An assessment of viability on proposals coming forward.
