M7 Aggregate Wharves and Rail Depots

  1. Proposals for aggregate wharves or rail depots will be supported:
    • At Monkey Island Wharf, Bray (TA 1) provided the proposal addresses the relevant development considerations outlined in Appendix A; and
    • In appropriate locations which comply with all relevant policies in the Plan, with good connectivity to:
      • The Strategic Road Network; and/or
      • The rail network; and/or
      • Minerals infrastructure.
