All housing developments will be expected to deliver at least 25% of new units as oneand two-bed properties.

Only if it can be clearly demonstrated through robust, up-to-date market evidence, will an alternative mix be permitted.

Subject to the other policies of this plan, proposals for self-build housing will be supported.
