ARL8: Protection and Maintenance of Local Green Spaces

The following areas, and as shown on the Policies Map, are designated as Local Green Spaces:

  1. Mary’s Meadow
  2. Etonbury Wood
  3. Arlesey Recreation Ground
  4. Woodland Chase
  5. Green Lagoon
  6. Arlesey Glebe Meadows Nature Reserve
  7. Arlesey Old Moat Nature Reserve
  8. Arlesey Meadows (including Mill Pits)
  9. Arlesey Common
  10. Blue Lagoon

Proposals for development on these Local Green Spaces will not be permitted unless it can be clearly demonstrated that it is required to enhance the role and function of an identified Local Green Space.
