BGS4: Footpaths and Rights of Way
- Development must not encroach on Biggleswade’s public footpath or cycle path network.
- Development adjacent to footpaths or cycle paths, or of sites containing public footpaths or cycle paths, must have no significant adverse impact on their amenity, safety or accessibility.
- Opportunities should be taken to enhance the amenity, safety and accessibility of public footpaths and cycle paths in the design and layout of development.
