CIP2 Provision of New Community Facilities
Proposals that diversify or extend the range of community facilities will be supported provided that the development: -
- Will not result in unacceptable impact on the highway network or to residential amenity; and
- Will not generate a need for parking that cannot be adequately catered for; and
- Is of a scale appropriate to the needs of the locality; and
- Is sustainably located for residents of the parish who wish to walk or cycle.
