I. Sustainable small business (less than 10 employees) growth in all areas within Clifton Parish will be supported and promoted to improve local employment prospects for its residents.

II. Proposals to allow change of use of part of a dwelling, ancillary extensions, conversion of outbuildings or small freestanding buildings, within the residential curtilage of existing development to facilitate home working will be supported provided the criteria in POLICY CPH2 are met.
