I.Spending priorities will be delivered though S106 agreements, CIL or other funding streams which become available, in accordance with the priorities, identified actions and aspirations in the Neighbourhood Plan.

II. The Action Plan will be reviewed every three years by Clifton Parish Council to ensure it remains up to date and relevant.
