Infill development and redevelopment within the Settlement Envelope (as indicated on the Policies Map) will be acceptable in principle, in line with the terms of Central Bedfordshire Local Plan Policy SP7, and subject to other relevant policies of this Neighbourhood Plan.

Land outside the Settlement Envelope will be treated as open countryside, again in line with the policies of the Local Plan. The separation of West End, Church End and Deadmans Cross from the main village will be maintained.
