IF1: Information Required to Support Village Infrastructure in Planning Applications

Where relevant and appropriate, development proposals shall:

  1. Use water re-use measures (eg rainwater and surface water harvesting and grey water recycling) for non-potable use.
  2. Identify the current provision of education and training provided by local schools with respect to the current needs and the future development of the village. Demonstrate that the proposed development will not have an adverse impact on educational service provision
  3. Identify the current health (including elderly care) and dental care needs of the community and how the proposed development will impact on health services, both at the time of application and in the future
  4. Demonstrate that the proposed development will have no negative impacts on communication technologies available in the village and as it expands.
  5. Demonstrate how the development will contribute to and support the leisure & community assets within the village
  6. Demonstrate that the character and level of retail provision in the village will be respected and that a positive contribution will be made to the village’s economic future.
