Based on this idenƟfied need (using the recommendation from the Housing Needs Survey), 12 units of affordable housing would be supported. This would be broken down as follows:

a. 3 x 1-bedroom flat/apartment (Rent)

b. 1 x 2-bedroom flat (Starter Homes Initiative)

c. 3 x 2-bedroom house (1 Shared Ownership, 1 Affordable Rent, 1 Starter Homes initiative)

d. 3 x 3-bedroom house (1 Shared Ownership, 1 Affordable Rent, 1 Starter Homes initiative)

e. 1 x 1-bedroom bungalow (Rent)

f. 1 x 2-bedroom bungalow (Rent)

2 Market housing

The provision of up to 15 suitable units (2 and 3 bed houses, bungalows and retirement properties) would be supported, which will meet the current need of the housing requirement and will be in keeping with the size of the Parish
