PD2: Residential Limited Infill
- Proposals will be supported in this respect for small residential developments of up to ten dwellings on infill and redevelopment sites within the Parish that lie outside the protected green spaces. Proposals should be within the built-up area, be of a high quality and should not reduce garden space to an extent where it adversely impacts on the character of the area, or the amenity of neighbours. Schemes should not extend the settlement envelope to the north or south, nor should they contribute to coalescence.
- Proposals for single dwellings outside the settlement envelope will be supported in this respect where they provide homes for key workers in agricultural, forestry or other rural enterprises or accord with other special circumstances in the NPPF (2019) Paragraph 79, subject to the policies of this Plan, as well as other national and local policy requirements.
