The 15 green spaces, as set out in paragraph 6.15 of this Neighbourhood Plan, as defined on the Policies Map and as per Figure 6.3, are designated as Local Green Spaces.

Development proposals within the designated local green space will only be supported in very special circumstances.

As set out in: Para 103 of the National Policy Framework (NPPF), 2021 “Policies for managing development within a Local Green Space should be consistent with those for Green Belts”

And

Para 147 of the NPPF “Inappropriate development is, by definition, harmful to the Green Belt and should not be approved except in very special circumstances.”
