As appropriate to their scale and location development proposals for new development will be supported where they take account of the Potton Green Infrastructure Plan. Development which would deliver a net-positive biodiversity gain or deliver elements of the Green Infrastructure Action Plan will be particular supported. See Annex B – Green Infrastructure.
