(a) Development must preserve, and should take opportunities to enhance, nondesignated heritage assets and their setting.

(b) New-build development affecting designated or non-designated heritage assets and their setting must demonstrate high standards of design, including high quality materials, against the context of Policy DC1 of this Neighbourhood Plan.
