RC9: Local Green Spaces

(a) The following areas are designated as Local Green Spaces (see plans LGS1, LGS2, LGS3 and LGS4):

  • LGS1: Pegnut Wood (south)
  • LGS2: The Belt (woodland)
  • LGS3: Church Field
  • LGS4: Sutton Millennium Wood.

(b) The areas listed above are protected from new development unless very special circumstances can be demonstrated.

(c) Any development permitted under the terms of paragraph (b) must not have any significant adverse impact on the special community value, accessibility, safety, amenity or setting of any Local Green Space within the parish.
