DM 20.4 Retail Unit Sizes
- Proposals for new retail uses should provide a variety of unit sizes compatible with the character of the area in which they are situated.
- Major retail units (over 1,000m2) will be encouraged in PSCs and, where appropriate, in the Retail Links in accordance with the sequential test.
