93 Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

The use of housing for bed and breakfast accommodation will be permitted provided:

  • the use remains ancillary to residential occupancy;
  • the level of activity is reasonable in relation to adjoining residential uses;
  • adequate off-street parking is available; and
  • any advertising at the property is confined to official Tourist Board signs or small removable notices in the window.
