WARE1 Development in Ware
Ware will accommodate:
- at least 1,000 homes to the North and East of Ware, as set out in Policy WARE2; and
- proportion of the overall windfall allowance for the District.
600sqm retail floorspace will be delivered, primarily to the North and East of Ware, as set out in Policy WARE2, and within the town centre.
3ha of B1 employment floorspace will be delivered to the North and East of Ware, as set out in Policy WARE2.
