4.3 Northern Gateway Access Package

As set out in Core Strategy Policy 24, the Council will work with partners to continue to consider the potential merits, benefi ts and impacts of the NGAP proposals to improve accessibility and movements within NEE by all modes, particularly freight, to support the existing and new businesses in the Upper Lee Valley. NGAP will include a package of projects to improve accessibility and movement for pedestrians, cyclists, public transport users and freight in the NEE area
