CF2 Health care facilities

The Council will grant planning permission for proposals to develop or extend existing health care facilities to meet the needs of the residents of the district provided that:

  • the development will not result in any excessive environmental or amenity problems;
  • the site is readily accessible by car and public transport; and
  • the site is not in the Green Belt (unless in accordance with policies GB2A or GB8A)
