CF5 Educational buildings outside the Green Belt

The Council will grant planning permission for replacement or additional educational buildings on existing school or college sites outside the Green Belt if it is satisfied that:

the loss of any associated open space would not have an excessively adverse effect on the townscape in the vicinity (in accordance with policy LL5); and
it does not involve the loss of any playing fields (unless this is in accordance with policy RST14).
