E13B Protection of Glasshouse Areas

The Council will refuse any application that it considers is likely to:

  1. undermine its policy approach of concentrating glasshouses in clusters to minimise damage to visual amenity and loss of the openness of the Green Belt; and/or
  2. harm the future vitality and/or viability of the Lea Valley glasshouse industry.
