E5 Effect of Nearby Developments

In determining planning applications for development in the proximity of established or proposed business, general industrial and warehousing uses the Council will have regard to:

  1. any planning constraints that may eventually be placed on the use, or its successor, as a consequence of the development going ahead; and
  2. the desirability of the established use being retained.
