E7 Sites for Business/Industry

The following sites (identified on the Proposals Map) are allocated for business and/or general industrial use:-

  1. part of the former Royal Ordnance site, Waltham Abbey. Any development will need to meet the requirements of the detailed development brief for the whole site; and
  2. land at Langston Road, Loughton.
