GB10 Development in the Lee Valley Regional Park

Within the area of Green Belt which lies in the Lee Valley Regional Park, uses which are necessary to enhance the function and enjoyment of the Park for its users will be granted planning permission provided that:

  1. the developer shows, to the satisfaction of the Council, that the proposed site is the most appropriate one for that activity;
  2. any built development associated with the provision of recreation or nature conservation facilities will be kept to the minimum necessary.
