GB11 Agricultural Buildings
Planning permission will be granted for agricultural buildings provided that the proposals:
- are demonstrably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within that unit;
- would not be detrimental to the character or appearance of the locality or to the amenities of nearby residents;
- would not have an unacceptable adverse effect on highway safety or, with regard to water quality and supply, any watercourse in the vicinity of the site;
- would not significantly threaten any sites of importance for nature conservation.
