GB5 Residential Moorings and Non-Permanent Dwellings

Within the Green Belt, the Council will refuse planning permission for:

  1. the creation, or use, of moorings for permanent residential accommodation; or
  2. non-permanent dwellings, including mobile homes and caravans, except as replacements within the existing residential caravan sites shown on the Proposals Map.
