H10A Gypsy Caravan Sites

In determining planning applications for gypsy caravan sites within the Green Belt, the Council will have regard to:

  1. whether there are any special circumstances which would justify an exception to the Green Belt policies of restraint, and;
  2. the impact on the openness of the Green Belt and the character and appearance of the countryside.
