LL11 Landscaping schemes
The Council will:
- refuse planning permission for any development which makes inadequate provision for landscaping;
- not approve landscaping schemes which:
- are inappropriate because they fail to take account of the setting or intended use of the development; or
- are ineffective because they would be unlikely to retain trees and other existing landscape features or to establish new long-term planting.
