LL2 Inappropriate rural development
The Council will not grant planning permission for development in the countryside unless it is satisfied that the proposal will:
- respect the character of the landscape; and/or
- enhance the appearance of the landscape; and
- where appropriate, involve the management of part or all of the remainder of the site to enhance its contribution to the landscape.
