LL4 Agricultural/ forestry-related development
In deciding whether to require details of an agricultural or forestry-related development, the Council will have regard to:
- the visual sensitivity of the site in the landscape;
- the proximity to buildings or features of historical or architectural interest or sites of nature conservation value;
- the design and appearance of the proposed development in the context of its setting; and
- any other special site-specific circumstances.
